Why a ministry like CPR?
The Discouragement of Pastors
The work of planting a new church or pastoring a declining church often takes a heavy toll on the man of God. In the absence of able workers the pastor often finds himself stretched to his limits. More and more pastors must now divide their energies between the work of ministry and a secular job. In some cases men abandon their ministry and walk away discouraged and disillusioned. In the absence of a strong shepherd some of these churches will not survive and none of them will thrive.
"Be watchful and strengthen the things which remain that are ready to die." Revelation 3:2a
